Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with salju4. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to use your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You must deposit and wager only with funds that you legally own and that are not derived from illegal activities. You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose. salju4 cooperates with law enforcement authorities to prevent and investigate financial crimes.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
salju4 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before you can make withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. You agree to notify salju4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. salju4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or inability to withdraw funds.
salju4 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Once a deposit limit is established, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Requests to decrease deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), though processing times may vary depending on verification requirements and payment method.
salju4 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank may impose receiving fees. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and account verification level. Contact customer support for information about your specific withdrawal limits.
All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, except in cases of account closure or self-exclusion. salju4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or decline withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of salju4 and are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to Players who meet eligibility criteria including account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. salju4 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to guarantee profits, or exploiting software errors. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposited by you will not be affected and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum wagering requirement stated in Section 5.5.
You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each Game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors or bugs, and any other form of unfair advantage-seeking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, incorrect odds display, or any other error affecting Game outcomes, salju4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses resulting from software errors or malfunctions beyond the return of your original stake on affected bets.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules regarding settlement, postponements, abandoned matches, and result disputes. Markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. In cases of uncertainty or dispute, salju4's decision is final.
When playing live dealer games, you must treat dealers and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior in live chat will result in chat restrictions or account suspension. The dealer's decisions are final and binding.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on the salju4 platform are the exclusive property of salju4 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The salju4 name and logo are registered trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or software from the salju4 platform without our express written permission.
salju4 strives to provide uninterrupted Service availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.
Many Games on the salju4 platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others. salju4 acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party games. Any disputes with game providers should be directed to salju4 customer support, and we will facilitate resolution to the extent possible.
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. salju4 does not guarantee winnings, and all gameplay outcomes are determined by chance, skill, or a combination thereof according to game rules. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. salju4 is not liable for any gambling-related financial, personal, or psychological harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, salju4's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. In no event shall salju4 be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements, those will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
salju4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or engaged in any conduct detrimental to the platform or other Players. Upon termination for cause, salju4 may confiscate Account balances and void pending bets.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. salju4 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Where local laws in Indonesia impose stricter consumer protection standards, those standards shall apply to the extent they do not conflict with the fundamental operation of the Service.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting salju4 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.
